However, Govinda's manager, Shashi Sinha, acknowledged that there have been issues between the couple due to certain statements made by family members. He commented, "There have been issues between the couple due to certain statements made by certain members from the family. There is nothing more to it, and Govinda is in the process of starting a film, for which artists are visiting our office. We are trying to resolve it." 

The couple's relationship has previously been a subject of public interest, particularly due to familial disputes involving extended family members. Despite these challenges, Govinda and Sunita have maintained a united front in public appearances.
