DODA, JUNE 05: The sacred Mindhal Chandi Mata Yatra was flagged off today from Doda town by Member Legislative Assembly (MLA) Shakti Raj Parihar and Deputy Commissioner Harvinder Singh.

 A large gathering of devotees from across the district witnessed the auspicious commencement of the annual pilgrimage to the revered shrine of Chandi Mata in Mindhal, Himachal Pradesh.

Addressing the pilgrims, MLA Shakti Raj Parihar extended heartfelt wishes and expressed deep reverence for the holy journey. “This yatra is a symbol of our cultural heritage and unwavering devotion. May Chandi Mata bless all pilgrims with strength, prosperity and protection. I appeal to all yatris to uphold discipline, unity and spiritual decorum during the pilgrimage,” he stated.

He also commended the district administration for making comprehensive arrangements to support the devotees.

Deputy Commissioner Harvinder Singh described the yatra as a shining example of communal harmony and spiritual unity. He offered prayers at the departure point and interacted with the pilgrims. “The district administration has ensured all necessary logistical and safety arrangements for the yatis, including transportation, healthcare, drinking water, and security. Let this sacred journey carry forward the message of peace, devotion, and collective faith,” he remarked.

To facilitate the smooth conduct of the yatra, the administration deployed civil and police officials at the flag-off site, ensuring crowd management and assistance to the pilgrims.

The event concluded with spiritual chants, traditional rituals, and a devotional send-off, as yatrees embarked on their soulful journey to seek the divine blessings of Chandi Mata.

 


DODA, MAY 20: Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Dradhu witnessed a momentous occasion as Block Development Officer Bhaderwah and Prabhari Officer of the school Yasir Wani, paid a special visit along with his team. The visit aimed to review key developmental issues concerning the school’s infrastructure, academic growth, and overall student welfare.

Yasir Wani interacted with the school staff and students, emphasizing the importance of quality education, regular attendance, and strengthening subject-wise academic performance, particularly in core areas such as Science, Mathematics, and English.

The visiting team assured full support in addressing infrastructural gaps and promoting a positive learning environment. Former Sarpanch Ashok Sharma also graced the event, showing his continued commitment to community and educational development.

A highlight of the day was the felicitation of the toppers of Class  10th and calls 12 (2024–25 session). The meritorious students were honoured with certificates and mementos in recognition of their hard work and academic excellence. This gesture not only encouraged the achievers but also motivated their peers to strive for similar success.

The entire program was meticulously organized under the supervision of the Principal, Satish Kumar, whose dedication ensured the smooth conduct of the event. Teachers, students, and local dignitaries appreciated the initiative, marking the day as a step forward in the journey of educational excellence at GHSS Dradhu.

 
DODA, MAY 05: The fourth day of the Inter-School Zonal Level Competition 2025–26 unfolded with energy and enthusiasm at Ghat-Doda, spotlighting an impressive display of talent by Under-14 Girls across multiple sports disciplines.

Organized under the leadership of District Youth Services & Sports Officer, Pritam Singh and coordinated by Zonal Physical Education Officer, Zone Ghat, Surinder Kumar, the day’s events featured competitions in Kabaddi, Volleyball, Kho-Kho, Badminton, Chess, Carrom, and Yoga.

A total of 127 young athletes, representing various schools from across the region—including remote and underserved areas—competed with remarkable passion, skill, and sportsmanship. Their spirited performance was a testament to the growing culture of grassroots sports in the district.

The event’s success was made possible through the tireless efforts of the dedicated field staff of Zone Ghat, who ensured smooth execution and a professional competitive environment.

Addressing the gathering, Pritam Singh lauded the participants for their enthusiasm and highlighted the importance of such events in identifying and nurturing future sports talent. He underscored the critical role of physical education in fostering a healthy and active lifestyle among youth. Surinder Kumar also commended the athletes and expressed appreciation for the meticulous coordination by the organizing team.

With momentum building day by day, the Inter-School Zonal Level Competition continues to be a vibrant platform for young athletes to shine, setting the stage for even more thrilling performances in the days ahead.


 DODA, MAY 03: The third day of the Inter-School Zonal Level Competition 2025-26 for U-14 boys witnessed a spectacular display of athletic talent under the esteemed guidance of District Youth Services & Sports Officer Pritam Singh.

The event was meticulously supervised by Zonal Physical Education Officer Ghat Surinder Kumar ensuring its smooth and successful execution.

A total of 47 students/players drawn from far flung schools competed  in Badminton, Chess, Carrom, Yoga and Wrestling, showcasing their skills and sportsmanship.

The dedication and hard work of the field staff of Zone Ghat were instrumental in the success of the event. Their commitment and efforts ensured a well-organized and competitive environment, allowing the young athletes to perform at their best.

Pritam Singh expressed satisfaction with the proceedings, emphasizing the importance of such events in nurturing young talent and promoting a healthy sporting culture among the youth. Surinder Kumar also lauded the participants for their spirited performances and commended the staff for seamless execution of the competition.

The event marks a significant milestone in the ongoing Inter-School Zonal Level Competition, promising more exciting and competitive days ahead.


 DODA MAY 02: An Inter-School Zonal Level Sports Competition was today organised at Ghat under the directions of the Deputy Commissioner Harvinder Singh and the guidance of District Youth Services and Sports Officer Pritam Singh.

 The Zonal Physical Education Office coordinated the tournament featuring spirited contests in Volleyball, Kabaddi, and Kho-Kho.

The event drew enthusiastic participation from 162 students representing different schools of the Ghat Zone. The young athletes showcased remarkable talent, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the competition, making the event a vibrant celebration of youth and physical fitness.

Principal of Government Higher Secondary School Ghat Dinesh Kumar was the chief guest. He lauded the participants for their dedication and energy.

PEL and I/C ZPEO Surinder Kumar served as the Nodal Officer and played a crucial role in organizing and overseeing the event. The successful execution of the tournament was made possible by the collective efforts of all PEMs, PETs, and REKs.

A special vote of thanks was extended to the Block Medical Officer, Ghat, for deploying medical staff and ensuring first aid support on-site. The organizers also expressed sincere gratitude to the Diamond Youth Club Ghat for providing a free ambulance service, further contributing to the safety and smooth conduct of the event. The tournament not only promoted healthy competition but also reinforced the importance of sports and physical education among school students.

 


DODA, APRIL 23: The District Administration Doda, under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Doda, Harvinder Singh, observed a two-minute silence today in solemn remembrance of the victims of the heinous massacre that took place in Pahalgam, Kashmir.

The tribute was held at the Mini Conference Hall, DC Office Complex, Doda, where Additional Deputy Commissioner, Anil Kumar Thakur; Assistant Commissioner, Revenue, Ashraf Pervez; Chief Planning Officer, Manesh Kumar Manhas; and other district officers and employees participated with heartfelt reverence.

The gathering stood in silence to pay homage to the innocent lives lost in the brutal act of violence.

The Deputy Commissioner Doda emphasized the importance of standing united against such inhumane acts that aim to disrupt societal peace and fabric.

Meanwhile, similar observances were held simultaneously across all government offices in the district. From tehsil offices to block headquarters, officials and staff paused their routine work to participate in this solemn tribute.

The coordinated effort across the district displayed a unified message of condolence and resilience.

The observance served as a reminder of the value of human life and the need to uphold peace and unity.

 


DODA, APRIL 12: Government Girls High School Pul Doda today organized school-level intramural house competitions in the recess break under the banner of the Fit India Movement and the School Games Federation of India (SGFI).

The events aimed to promote physical fitness, team spirit and active participation among students. A series of competitions were held to encourage students to adopt a healthy and active lifestyle, in alignment with the goals of the nationwide Fit India initiative.

The events were conducted under the supervision of Incharge Headmaster Indu Bhushan Razdan, with active support from staff members including   Swami Raj (Master),  Akhter (Teacher), Touseef Ahmed (Teacher) and   Firdous Hussain (Teacher).

Among the various competitions, the Kho-Kho and Kabaddi matches for boys under 17 years of age were the major highlights. Both events were fiercely contested and were ultimately won by Eco House, showcasing the strength, coordination, and sportsmanship of its participants.

The competitions were a grand success, thanks to the collective efforts and coordination of the school staff. The events also helped build leadership qualities, discipline, and mutual respect among students from different houses. Such intramural activities contribute significantly to students' overall personality development alongside their academic progress.

 


DODA, APRIL 10:  Director Agriculture Jammu Arvinder Singh Reen conducted a comprehensive tour of District Doda to assess field-level functioning and engage directly with the farming community.

During the visit, the Director Agriculture interacted with progressive farmers in the Assar area, gaining firsthand insights into their experiences, challenges, and innovations. He appreciated their efforts and encouraged them to adopt modern, sustainable agricultural practices to boost productivity and income.

The Director Agriculture also held a detailed review meeting with the field functionaries at the Agriculture Complex Doda. Emphasizing the need for dedication, punctuality, and zeal in service delivery, he assured the field staff of full support from the Directorate. He further directed the officials to ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks as per government guidelines and timelines.

The Director Agriculture was accompanied by Chief Agriculture Officer Doda, Anil Gupta, along with district officers, sub-divisional officers and field-level staff.


 DODA, APRIL 08: In a significant initiative to promote Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP) Mission, the Department of Social Welfare, in collaboration with the District Youth Services and Sports Office, organised girls' sports competitions in Zone Ghat and Zone Bhagwah , today.

The event was conducted under the directions of the District Development Commissioner with the objective to empower the girl child through active participation in sports and raising awareness about the importance of girls' education and well-being.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation of over 200 girls representing different educational institutions and panchayats from the two zones. In Zone Ghat, a Kabaddi competition was organised, while at Zone Bhagwah witnessed thrilling Volleyball competitions. The atmosphere was vibrant and filled with enthusiasm, as the young girls showcased their strength, skills and team spirit on the ground.

The competitions aimed not only to provide a platform to the girls to display their sporting talents but also to convey a strong message about gender equality and the importance of supporting the girl child in every aspect of life. Through such programs, the district administration seeks to foster self-confidence, leadership, and a healthy competitive spirit among young girls.

Officials from both departments were present at the venues to motivate and encourage the participants. The initiative was highly appreciated by the community, and it reinforced the commitment of the district towards the holistic development and empowerment of girls in rural and remote areas of Doda district.

 
DODA, APRIL 04: The District Administration Doda today bid a warm farewell to Assistant Commissioner Revenue Sunil Bhutyal on his transfer and promotion as Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Bhaderwah.

Bidding him farewell, officers and staff gathered to convey their best wishes, expressing confidence that he will continue to serve with the same passion and integrity in his new role.

His promotion is seen as a well-deserved recognition of his competence and unwavering dedication to public service.

 


DODA, APRIL 03: In line with the directives of the District Development Commissioner, Department of Social Welfare, in collaboration with the Department of Youth Services and Sports organized girls’ sports competitions under the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao initiative.

The event, held in two zones—Bhaderwah and Bhallessa—aimed to promote the empowerment of girls through sports and encourage their active participation in physical activities.

A total of 90 girls from different institutions and panchayats of twin   zones participated in the competitions. Zone Bhaderwah hosted Kabaddi, while Zone Bhallessa organized a Volleyball competition, allowing young athletes to showcase their skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

The initiative emphasized the importance of providing equal opportunities to girls in both education and sports, fostering confidence and leadership qualities among them.

The event not only celebrated the sporting talent of young girls but also served as a platform to raise awareness about gender equality and the importance of empowering the girl child.

Encouraging participation in sports plays a crucial role in breaking stereotypes and inspiring young girls to pursue their dreams fearlessly. The initiative was widely appreciated by the participants and community members, reinforcing the message of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao and the role of sports in shaping a progressive society.


DODA, MARCH 21: The ongoing Girls' Sports Competition Week at Government Degree College (GDC) Doda witnessed an exciting Archery Competition, organized under the aegis of ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’ initiative. Held under the guidance of District Development Commissioner Harvinder Singh, the event aimed to promote sports among young women and encourage their participation in athletics. Students from across the district, along with sports enthusiasts, gathered to witness the thrilling competition.

The competition featured multiple categories, ensuring a fair platform for emerging archers to showcase their skills. Winners were honored with medals and certificates in recognition of their dedication and excellence.

Addressing the participants, Tehsildar Dr. Shubu Ahmed Shah lauded their enthusiasm and highlighted the role of sports in shaping confident and disciplined individuals. He also emphasized the significance of the ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’ initiative in ensuring equal opportunities for girls in all fields, including sports.

Among others present were Bharat Bhushan, Chairman DCSA, Dr. Arjun Singh, and Dr. Jaswant Singh, Physical Directors of GDC Kastigarh and GDC Doda, respectively. The competition was conducted by officials from the Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS), including Vinod Bandral, Anil Singh, Kamashevar Chandail, and Bandana Kotwal. With several more events lined up, the Girls' Sports Competition Week continues to inspire young women to break barriers and embrace a healthy, active lifestyle.

 

Emphasizes on literacy rate, infrastructure, enrollment

DODA, MARCH 18: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Doda, Harvinder Singh, today chaired a comprehensive meeting with Principals, Zonal Education Officers (ZEOs), and the teaching community at the Conference Hall, DC Office Complex, Doda. The meeting focused on reviewing the achievements and challenges in the education sector across the district. Key discussions revolved around the timely completion of the syllabus, efficient utilization of funds for educational development, and maintaining updated records for the Mid-Day Meal (MDM) scheme.

The DC directed the concerned officials to ensure that MDM-related activities remain up to date. Additionally, he delivered a motivational address, urging all stakeholders to work towards improving the quality of education and providing better learning opportunities for students.

During the meeting, Chief Education Officer (CEO) Doda, Mohd Hafiz, presented an overall review of the district’s education sector, highlighting male and female literacy rates.

 The DC emphasized the need for efficient strategies to enhance literacy levels and urged stakeholders to share their experiences in increasing enrollment. He directed the CEO to ensure the presence of female staff in all schools, particularly for monitoring female toilet facilities and improving amenities for female students. Furthermore, ZEOs were instructed to compile detailed reports on infrastructure demands, toilet facilities, and other requirements within their respective jurisdictions. Special attention was given to rented schools, where the DC directed officials to ensure proper toilet facilities for students. Enrollment status, including gender-wise distribution, was thoroughly discussed, and the DC urged all stakeholders to enhance government school enrollments while working towards reducing the dropout rate.

The meeting also covered zone-wise pupil-teacher ratios and the shortage of subject-specific teachers in various schools. The DC directed ZEOs to address this issue by ensuring the deployment of subject teachers where needed. Additionally, discussions were held on providing assured minimum facilities in all schools, such as electricity, drinking water, and separate toilets for boys and girls.

The DC instructed the CEO to compile a detailed report on essential facilities and coordinate with the Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department to address water shortages by installing water storage tanks in schools.

The status of desk distribution under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives was reviewed, and it was informed that 5,000 desks had been received, out of which 3,726 desks were distributed across 112 schools.

The DC encouraged schools to promote cleanliness and environmental responsibility by creatively utilizing waste materials, as the newly provided desks were made from recycled resources.

Further, the meeting reviewed zone-wise engagement under the AAYA scheme for 2024-25 and assessed the status of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV) admissions.

 The DC urged concerned officials to motivate students to enroll under KGBV initiatives. Digital initiatives were also discussed, with a strong focus on setting up well-equipped space labs with qualified staff. Principals and ZEOs raised various issues related to school infrastructure and facilities, to which the DC assured prompt action, emphasizing that all necessary resources and improvements would be prioritised for the betterment of the district’s education sector.

The meeting was attended by Chief Planning Officer (CPO) Doda, Manesh Kumar Manhas, CEO Doda Mohd Hafiz, Principals, ZEOs, and members of the teaching community.


Calls for sustained 
credit flow to priority sector

DODA, MARCH 14: A meeting of the District Level Review Committee (DLRC) and District Consultative Committee (DCC) was held at the DC Office Doda the other day to review performance of banks for the quarter ending December 2024.

The meeting was chaired by Deputy Commissioner (DC)   Harvinder Singh and attended by the Chief Planning Officer (CPO), ACD, Lead District Manager (LDM), representatives from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), and officials from different financial institutions and government departments. The meeting was convened by the Lead Bank Office, State Bank of India (SBI).

The focus of the meeting was to review banking performance, financial inclusion, and credit disbursement in the district. Officials presented the progress of banks under the Annual Credit Plan for 2024-25 including deposit growth, advances and the Credit-Deposit (CD) ratio. The DC directed banks to increase credit flow, especially to priority sectors and weaker sections of society.

A significant focus was on the status of loan disbursement to beneficiaries under self-employment and entrepreneurship schemes, including Mission Youth.

The DC reviewed the implementation of government-sponsored self-employment schemes, such as PMEGP, Kisan Credit Card (KCC) for farmers, Stand-Up India, PMFME, Mudra loans, and financial support to Self-Help Groups (SHGs). He asked financial institutions to speed up loan disbursements to Business, agriculture and allied sectors to push economic growth.

The DC instructed the LDM to set up a help desk at the Chief Education Office to assist students with the education loan.

The meeting also discussed housing loan disbursements and the chair asked banks to make the process easier for people to access financial assistance. The availability of the loan under the PM Muft Bijli Yojana was also discussed with JK Bank, SBI, and Punjab National Bank (PNB). The status of gold loan disbursements was reviewed, and banks were urged to improve their lending performance in all areas.


 DODA, MARCH 08: In a significant step towards improving school infrastructure, Deputy Commissioner Harvinder Singh today flagged off desks made from recycled waste material for various schools across the district. This eco-friendly initiative aims to enhance classroom facilities while promoting sustainability and effective waste management in educational institutions.

The flag-off ceremony was held at Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Doda, in the presence of Director Social Welfare Ropesh Kumar; Chief Education Officer (CEO); District Social Welfare Officer (DSWO), Tariq Qazi; Managing Director of IPCA Ranveer Singh; and Principal of Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Rishi Kumar. Teachers and other officials from the education and social welfare departments were also present at the event.

Speaking on the occasion, the DC emphasised the importance of utilizing recycled materials to create a more sustainable and cost-effective learning environment. He highlighted that this initiative aligns with the government’s vision of promoting environmental consciousness and resource efficiency in public institutions. The desks, crafted from repurposed waste, will be distributed to schools across the district, ensuring better seating arrangements for students.

The initiative also underscores the administration’s commitment to strengthening infrastructure in government schools, providing students with improved facilities for a conducive learning atmosphere. The officials present at the event appreciated the efforts of all stakeholders involved in the project and encouraged similar eco-friendly initiatives in the future.

 

Emphasises Efficient Waste Management

DODA, FEBRUARY 23: Managing Director Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban), Dr. Devansh Yadav today inspected the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) here in Doda Town. He was accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Harvinder Singh, besides functionaries from the local Municipal Council.

During the visit, Dr. Yadav conducted a detailed inspection of the facility, assessing its capacity, operational efficiency, and the quality of recovered materials. He also interacted with municipal staff and sanitation workers, inquiring about their work conditions, challenges, and the implementation of waste management protocols.

Highlighting the significance of proper waste segregation and recycling, Dr. Yadav emphasised the need for streamlining waste collection and segregation at source, processing, and disposal of legacy as well as fresh waste to enhance overall efficiency. He also checked the functioning of machinery employed for biomining of legacy waste and urged the teams to adopt best practices for sustainable waste management.

The Deputy Commissioner stressed the importance of public participation in maintaining cleanliness and urged citizens to support efforts of the civic body by adhering to waste segregation guidelines. He further stressed on the Swachh Survekshan and the role of the public in ensuring improved sanitation conditions which could help the Municipal Body score good in the process.

 


DODA, FEBRUARY 21: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Harvinder Singh today chaired a meeting to discuss the arrangements for the holy month of Ramzan.

The meeting was attended by SSP Sandeep Kumar Mehta; ADC  Sudarshan Kumar; ACR Sunil Kumar Bhutyal and officers of line departments, besides President of the Seerat Committee, President of the Beopar Association, President of the Butcher Association and other concerned officers joining via virtual mode.

The review covered key aspects including supply of drinking water, uninterrupted power, security, traffic management, stray animal issues, cleanliness, availability of essential commodities, regulation of rates and market checking.

A detailed discussion ensued on the measures being taken by the concerned departments for adequate supply of potable water and Power supply. The concerned functionaries were asked to meet the gaps, if any, to ensure uninterrupted power supply, particularly during Sehri and Iftar hours.

The police department was asked to strengthen security arrangements to maintain law and order, while ARTO was instructed to ensure smooth traffic management. Special instructions were issued to Municipal Committees of Doda, Bhaderwah, and Thathri to maintain cleanliness and hygiene, especially around mosques and marketplaces. The CA&FCS department was asked to ensure the availability of essential commodities at government-approved rates.

The DC emphasized the importance of inter-departmental coordination to avoid inconvenience to the public. He urged all stakeholders to adopt a proactive approach to meet the public requirements during the holy month.

The SSP assured that adequate security measures would be implemented, with increased patrolling, surveillance, and regulation of traffic to avoid congestion near religious places and marketplaces.

The representatives of the trade and religious organisations gave suggestions regarding different issues of public importance.


 DODA, FEBRUARY 12:  Chief Education Officer Mohammad Hafiz, today conducted a comprehensive inspection of several examination centers in the Bhaderwah and Bhalla zones ahead of Board Exams being conducted by Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JK BOSE).

During the inspection, the CEO visited multiple centers to assess the arrangements made for the smooth conduct of the exams. While some centers were found to be well-prepared, others did not meet the required standards.

 The CEO issued immediate directives to the Heads of Institutions (HOIs) at the concerned centers, instructing them to address the identified deficiencies and ensure all necessary arrangements are made by tomorrow. He underscored the importance of complying with JK BOSE guidelines and creating conducive environment for the students to excel in their examinations. The CEO emphasized that any lapses in preparedness would not be tolerated.


DODA, FEBRUARY 12: As part of the 10th anniversary celebration of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP), District administration Doda has intensified initiatives for empowerment of girls. The District has witnessed a major surge in girls’ participation in sports and reaping of benefits under welfare schemes launched under the banner of iconic BBBP initiative.

The stakeholder departments, under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Harvinder Singh, have been organizing multiple programs to promote physical well-being, sports and education empowerment of women.

One of the key achievements has been the training of 100 girls in Taekwondo, empowering them with self-defense skills and boosting their confidence. The Chenab Sports Academy played a crucial role in encouraging young girls to actively participate in Taekwondo as a sport, fostering discipline and resilience.

Additionally, archery has been introduced in the girls' hostels, leading to remarkable performances at division and state levels. Cricket has also been promoted by the Doda administration, ensuring equal opportunities for girls in mainstream sports. To minimize their school dropout, the facility of toilets has been ensured in majority of schools across the district.

Further enhancing physical fitness, gym equipment has been provided to girls’ hostels, promoting a healthy lifestyle alongside education. These initiatives aim to strengthen the physical and mental well-being of young girls, making sports an integral part of their growth.

Beyond sports, the Sankalp Hub for Empowerment of Women (SHEW), under the Department of Social Welfare, has played a crucial role in empowering women by imparting them awareness and linkages to various women-centric schemes. Through structured programs, Sankalp HEW has helped in generating awareness about financial assistance programs, self-employment schemes, legal aid, and emergency helplines, ensuring that women across the district receive the support they need.

With continuous efforts in sports, education, and welfare, Doda is emerging as a progressive district for women empowerment. The BBBP campaign, alongside the initiatives of the Social Welfare Department and Sankalp HEW, Mission Shakti is ensuring that young girls and women have access to opportunities that help them thrive in all fields—from sports to economic independence.

 


DODA, FEBRUARY 11: Students from across Doda district took part in the live streaming of Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025, a significant educational event where Prime Minister Narendra Modi directly engaged with students to address academic challenges.

The live streaming was held in the Conference Hall of the Chief Education Office, with all higher secondary and high schools participating in the event at their own respective schools. The event was organized under the guidance of District Development Commissioner  Harvinder Singh and under the supervision of Chief Education Officer Mohammad Hafiz and DEPO Dr. Anis Ahmed.

 A total of 52400 students and staff from higher secondary and high schools from across the district participated in the live streaming of the event. Schools were equipped with advanced ICT labs and digital tools, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted transmission of the Prime Minister’s address. Students across the district, including those from the most remote schools such as HSS Kahaljugasar, Chanti, Chilly, Halaran, Malan, Dessa, Topneel, Behota, Goha, Gundana, Shadiwan, and Chiralla, attended the event with full arrangements.
