SAMBA, AUGUST 06: NSS Unit ‘Prabha of Government Degree College Ramgarh organized a painting competition as a part of Independence day celebrations under the guidance and supervision of the Principal Prof. (Dr.) Geetanjli Andotra.
The competition themed ‘Indian Struggle for Freedom’ was coordinated by NSS programme officer Prof. Brahm Dutt.
The event saw an impressive participation of many students from various Departments. A panel of esteemed judges including Dr. Aditi Khajuria (HOD English) and Prof. Sanober (HOD Punjabi) evaluated the paintings.
Tamana Attri of Semester- V secured first position, Anjali Bavouria and Radhika Shukla of Semester -III shared second position and Sonia Devi and Taniya Kumari of Semester- V both shared third position.
Prof. Sandeep Kumari, Mr. Ashok Kumar (PTI) and Dr. Shivali Panjgotra, were also present on the occasion.
