RAJOURI, AUGUST 14: More than 17,000 citizens participated in two Tiranga rallies in Rajouri district under the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign.

In Nowshera, over 10,000 citizens and students carried a 2 km-long Tricolour in a march that filled the streets with saffron, white and green.

In Rajouri town, more than 7,000 participants, led by DIG Rajouri–Poonch Range Tejinder Singh, Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Abhishek Sharma and SSP Rajouri Gaurav Sikarwar, marched from the Tourism Reception Centre to Dhanidhar Fort.

Both tehsils, located close to the Line of Control, demonstrated unity and paid tribute to the armed forces and martyrs. The rallies reflected the resilience of the people following recent cross-border hostilities and reinforced their commitment to national unity.

The Har Ghar Tiranga campaign continues to see strong participation across Rajouri, with households proudly displaying the National Flag.
