The second day of the workshop began with a formal welcome address by Dr Yasmeen Ashai, Director Colleges, Higher Education, J&K, UT. She briefed that the major breakthrough in the Higher Education Department with the smooth introduction of NEP-2020 should be followed along with the best practices towards quality transformation of education according to NAAC.

“The primary regulation is addressing accreditation as a benchmark for quality,” she added. In her presentation, she also delineated how to meet quality parameters.
