Wished him best of luck for his art work
BUDGAM, JANUARY 25: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Budgam, S F Hamid today felicitated a young artist Kumail Hussain Bhat of Reshipora Budgam for his excellent portrait art and painting work.
16 Years old, Kumail studies in 8th Standard at Government Boys High School Pallar.
Kumail called upon DC at his office and presented him a portrait.
The DC congratulated the young artist for his excellent art work and wished him great luck for the future.
During a brief interaction, Kumail said that he has been passionate about painting and started drawing portraits when he was in 5th standard.
DC assured all possible help to Kumail and all the youngsters from District Administration Budgam to realize their dreams in different art fields.
