NLM team reaches Poonch to evaluate progress under RDD schemes

 

DC chairs introductory meeting  

POONCH, JANUARY 25: District Development Commissioner Poonch, Inder Jeet today held an introductory meeting with a team of National Level Monitors who reached the border district for evaluation of the works of the department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj.

 The meeting was attended by Additional District Development Commissioner Poonch, Malikzada Sheraz Ul Haq, Assistant Commissioner Development, Abid Hussain Shah, NLM, Sunil Lahri, ACP, Naheem Un Nissa Bhatti, Xen, Hamid, Chief Agriculture Officer, Rakesh Sharma, DSWO, Mohinderpaul, all BDO's and concerned officers were present.

During the meeting, the DC discussed the action plan for field visit and inspection of ground level works. The Deputy Commissioner asked the officers of the Rural Department and Panchayati Raj to extend full cooperation to the team during the inspection of works completed under different schemes. He informed the team that all the functionaries of the Department have been acquainted with the guidelines about the evaluation of development works on the ground level.

 The concerned officer provided required information to the National Level Monitoring team regarding implementation of different programs in the district.  

Additional District Development Commissioner, Malikzada Sheraz Ul Haq directed the officers to work with dedication so that the people can avail the benefits of the government schemes.
