SAMBA, JANUARY 25: Child care institute 'Palash' organized a special programme under week long Republic Day celebration here today at Nandpur, Ramgarh.
Deputy Commissioner Samba, Anuradha Gupta -the chief guest on appreciated the students for presenting vivid cultural and folk events to mark the Republic Day celebrations as a part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.
Students presented skits on Nasha Mukt Bharat, patriotic songs, cultural performances etc.
DC also inspected the facilities available in Child care institute Nandpur for the overall care and education of students.
The programme was organized by the Department of Social Welfare under Mission Vastalya.
Among others present Sarpanch Chak Chataka, DSWO Deep Kumar, DIO Ajay Sharma, Superintendent CCI, members of ICPS, besides others were also present.
