JAMMU, FEBRUARY 24: The Department of Handicrafts and Handloom Jammu organized a mega awareness programme today at Udyog Bhawan aimed at empowering artisans and weavers in the region.

The event organised under the guidance of Director Handicrafts and Handloom Jammu Suraj Parkash Rukwal, saw active participation from a wide spectrum of artisans, weavers, and handicraft enthusiasts.

The primary objective of this programme was to inform and educate the local artisans and weavers about the various schemes, policies, and support systems available to enhance their craft and improve their livelihoods.
